| 摘 要： | 实现兴赣富民使我省在中部地区能迅速崛起,当务之急是要加快对青年高技能人才的培养、开发和利用。要实现这一根本任务,就不能不对我省青年高技能人才现状作出实事求是的认真分析。我省在培养青年高技能人才方面的成绩是主要的。但是,目前还存在不少问题,如人才总量短缺、文化层次参差不齐、结构不尽合理等。本文对存在的上述问题的原因作出了必要的分析。

| Abstract: | To make Jiangxi prosperous and people rich to invigorate our province rapidly in central China, the top priority is to accelerate training, developing and utilizing young qualified personnel. In order to accomplish the fundamental task, a serious analysis has to be made on the current situation of the young qualified personnel in our province. On training the personnel, the achievement has been predominant, but there are still some problems such as the total number of talents is small, their bases of culture vary, the structure of personnel is not rational and so on. This article makes a necessary analysis on the causes of the problems mentioned above. |
