| Abstract: | Huanghe river's upper reaches are decisive for the province's economic development. Treating 1996 as the present year, the author has mainly analysed the water supply of water conservancy projects, water quantity used and consumed by different departments ; and discussed the supply and demand of water resources and the extent of development and use of water resources,that is significant to rationally develop the water resources in the future. |
