| 摘 要： | 高等院校实验教学的根本任务是培养具有工程实践和创新能力的素质型人才。辽宁石油化工大学电子实践创新基地是以学科竞赛为依托,建立了完善的实践创新制度和体系,为学有余力的学生提供各种实践创新机会。结合电子信息类学科竞赛和实验教学特点,探讨了如何培养学生创新能力和实践创新基地的建立。对实践创新基地的建设理念、管理制度、资源整合、教学体系等方面进行了详细的论述。实践证明,该基地的建成和投入使用为学生参加学科竞赛提供了可靠保障,推动了专业教学改革,提高了实验教学质量和学生综合素质,对于创新人才的培养具有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The fundamental task of experimental teaching in colleges and universities is to foster the qualitative talent of engineering practice and innovation ability.The electronic practice innovation base of Liaoning Shihua University was supported by academic competition,a perfect system was established,a variety of practice innovation opportunities was provided to spare capacity students.Combining characteristics of competition in electronic information and experimental teaching,how to foster student ability to innovate and how to establish innovation base are discussed.The concept,management system,integration of resources,teaching system and other aspects are expounded in detail.Practice has proved that the base can provide a reliable protection condition for the students to participate in academic competitions,promote professional education reforms,and improve the quality of teaching experiments and overall quality of students,for the innovation talent with a very important effect. |
