摘    要:旅游业的地位日益彰显,竞争日趋激烈。桂林旅游业有着使人产生神秘感、愉悦感和成就感的心理优势,也存在着旅游形象与认知、旅游品牌与动机、旅游环境与情感、旅游资源与需要之间的心理位差。通过提高知名度、美誉度、参与度和协同性,促使好奇感、成就感、共鸣感和充实感的形成,必将有助于推动桂林旅游业的快速发展。
