摘    要:口语表达能力的培养,需要教师的精心指导与训练,从某种意义上讲,更需要学生的大胆自信,自觉操练,形成习惯.作为双语教师,一定要根据学生的成长规律,让兴趣做引领,激发学生的创造性思维,使学生的汉语口语水平在评价训练中得到提升.

Abstract:Bilingual teachers should promote students' interest,stimulate their creative thinking and improve their oral Chinese in evaluating and practicing according to student's growth pattern.They may train the ethnic minority students to become excellent bilingual people with Chinese particularly proficient through constantly applying new and practical teaching methods.
