新疆少数民族中小学双语教师素质刍议

摘    要:在双语教学实施的过程中,教师是提高教学质量的重要条件,发挥着主导作用.但是,教师的整体素质与新疆少数民族双语教学事业的实际需要相比仍存在很大差距.文章选择中小学双语教师作为研究对象,通过对他们的素质、教学能力、教学态度的调查分析,探索提高教师素质的途径和措施,进而促进新疆双语教学的发展.

Abstract:The quality of the teachers play a decisive role in improving the quality of bilingual teaching.However,there is a big gap between the teacher's overall quality and the practical needs of the bilingual teaching in Xinjiang.This paper selects bilingual teachers as the research subjects and explores the approaches to improving teachers' quality and measures by investigating and analyzing their qualities,teaching abilities and teaching attitudes for the purpose of promoting bilingual teaching in Xinjiang.
