| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济体制的构建和社会主义法治国家的建立，社会对法学应用型人才提出需求。因此，我国新建法学专业本科教育应根据社会经济发展对人才需求的变化，建立起应用型人才培养模式。这就要求改变以往的教学方法和手段。特别要加强实践性教学环节。以求培养的法学专业学生符合社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | With the buliding of market economy and socialist country administrated with socialist legal system,the applied personnel specialized in law are needed in our society.So,to meet the need of de- velopment of society,the education in an undergraduate degree(specialized in law)should be adapted to the development of social economy by setting up the mode of applied personnel-training,improving the way of teaching and learning,especially the steps of practice. |
