转型时代教育者的生存智慧

摘    要:适应社会转型的实践智慧,是当代人走出困境的生存智慧。当代社会的结构性转变,不仅引起人与人、人与事之间的关系结构重建,而且引起个体文化心理的意义结构调整和实践智慧的生成。转型期教育改革的价值多元冲突与融合、改革过程的互动与生成、改革主体的广泛参与和管理民主推进,对教育者实践智慧提出了多方面的挑战,而“适者”们在应对挑战的变革性实践中,也在渐渐形成合理有效的智慧类型,昭示了由“实践感”发展到“实践逻辑”的这一实践智慧形成的过程。作为对这一理论概括的举证,上海“新基础教育”研究基地的校长、教师,在创建21世纪新型学校的特殊经历中,展现了教育者实践智慧成长过程的多姿多态。

Educators' Existent Wisdom in the Social Transformation

Abstract:The practical wisdom,available in the social transformation,is the existent wisdom,which leads the way out of quandary for people in the present age.The structural changes in the contemporary society not only result in the reconstruction of the relations between people and people,people and things,but also the readjustment to individual cultural psychology and growth of practical wisdom.Educators' practical wisdom is being challenged by the conflict and agreement between multiple values on educational changes in the social transformation,the interaction and emergence in the course of educational reforms,the extensive participation among innovators,and the advancement of democratic management.Educators who accommodate themselves to challenges in the innovational practice are producing the reasonable and effective wisdom genre,showing the development of practical wisdom from the practical sense to the practical logic.As the evidence of this theory,the principals and teachers from New Basic Education research base in Shanghai demonstrate the different forms of growth of practical wisdom in the special experience of creating new schools for the 21st century.
