| 摘 要： | 在海南全岛建设自贸港的背景下,地方院校承担着为地方经济发展培养创新人才的使命。研究新形势下人才培养模式,对培养生物工程创新人才和服务海南地方经济有重要的意义。以海南大学生物工程专业为例,从发展现状、创新人才培养的必要性及创新人才培养具体措施等方面,初步探讨了在自由贸易试验区的背景下,地方院校生物工程创新型人才培养模式。
