| Abstract: | Limited by the investing environment, the western area of China fail to take in large quantities of investment from abroad. For this reason, we must, on the basis of making an objective analysis of the current investing environment including its advantages and disadvantages, proceed to improve both the soft and hard environment of investment so as to lay a good foundation for effectively making use of foreign fund. |
