摘 要: | 运用过程思维的方法,把成熟度模型从软件领域移植到知识服务领域。根据知识服务的性质特点,提出知识服务过程改进框架,根据过程改进框架提出改进的建议。这个框架和方法可以作为知识服务过程改进的一般指南。
