| 摘 要： | 反映和突出体育游戏在体育教学中的重要指导作用,和体育游戏在体育教学中的教育性、锻炼性、娱乐性等不同原则。体育游戏的主要原则是锻炼身体,以加强身体健康、愉悦身心、陶冶情操为目标的活动。体育游戏能够有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生团结合作的能力,培养学生的思维灵敏度,有利于发展学生的身心健康,提高体育教学的教学质量。游戏是学生们非常喜欢的体育活动,学生在游戏过程中,可以自己创建和开发新的游戏内容,制定新的游戏规则,提高游戏的有效性,使学生全身心主动投入到课堂练习中,可以得到事半功倍的课堂学习效果,对改变传统的教学模式,更新教学理念方面具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | This paper reflects and highlights the important role of sports games in sports teaching , and sports games in the teaching of physical education, exercise, entertainment, etc.. The main principle of sports games is to exercise the body, to strengthen the physical health, pleasure, physical and mental health for the purpose of the activities. Sports games can effectively stimulate students' learning interest; cultivate students' ability to unite and cooperate, develop students' thinking sensitivity, which is beneficial to the development of students' physical and mental health , and to improve the teaching quality of physical education. Game is a very favorite sports activities, students in the process of the game, you can create and develop new game content, develop new rules, and improve the game's effectiveness, so that students can get half the result with half the effort. |
