| 摘 要： | 随着时代和经济的发展,以组织、经济、文化三种资源的占有状况和职业分化为标准,中国当代社会可分为国家管理人阶层、资本占有者阶层、中间阶层和劳动者阶层。本文通过文献法和逻辑分析法,对我国四个阶层之间的体育利益矛盾和冲突进行了深入的研究,并提出加强社会公正,促进体育利益的合理分配、强化制度建设等对策和方法。
