| 摘 要： | 在现代高水平足球强队的成长过程中,高水平的科学训练、优化的训练环境、优越的天赋条件是成功的必需条件。而具有优越天赋条件的运动员是要靠教练员在青少年的早期选材中去发现和挖掘的。早期科学选材是青少年足球球员训练的重点,是足球运动训练系统中的重要组成部分。
