| Abstract: | It's the need of RTU itself and the demand of time development to take the scientific idea on development as the guide.It should take the development as the topic of RTUs,give them proper position,promote the market competitive ability and improve conditions of running schools.It's important to deal well with the relationship between scale and quality,nearsighted interests and far-sighted economic interests and social intersts,gradual development and improvement of teachers'staff quality. |
