摘    要:退役运动员的人力资源开发,既是对运动员的补偿,也是因其人力资源形成的特殊过程所必须,还是对其特殊人力资源的可持续运用。开发退役运动员的人力资源,与训练体制密切相关,需要运动员在受训期间就能打下一定的文化基础。退役后,借助制度保障和一定的开发体系、开发方式,实现再就业。

Abstract:The development of human resources of retired athletes, is the compensation to athletes, is a must because of its special process of manpower resource, and is also the sustauahle use of the special human resources. Human resources development of retired atldetes is closely related to trai: ing system , from which athletes can make certain cultural foundation during the training period. After retiring, through the help of the system security and the certain development system, development mode, the athletes can obtain employment again.
