| 摘 要： | 本文首先简单讨论拍卖、科技成果的特点，接着依据科技成果定价的基本原理，抽象出一个科技成果价格形成的函数模型，最后以此模型为基础，结合拍卖、科技成果的特点，就科技成果拍卖的可行性进行了理论探讨，得出科技成果拍卖可行性的一般规律。
