| 摘 要： | 沿袭新古典经济增长理论和内生经济增长理论,构建了相关理论框架,分析了产品质量、企业利润、市场结构和经济增长之间的深层关系。模型结论显示：企业对产品市场的垄断导致了超额垄断利润,受高价格的驱动,假冒伪劣随之出现;产品市场结构是影响企业利润进而影响产品质量的关键因素,垄断的行政配给和垄断的寻租行为是我国产生假冒伪劣产品的根源。
