摘    要:中学教师心理是否健康,不仅影响中学教师本人的教育教学和心理水平,而且影响学生、甚至影响全校的教育环境,必须采取有效措施,促进中学教师的心理健康.因此,要形成中学教师个体自助能力,通过培养正确的压力观,改善自我观念,正确应对挫折和压力,建立积极的思维方式和内在对话机制,树立正确的人生态度,充实内心环境.

Abstract:The mental health of those teachers in high school is not only related to their teaching and psychology, but also affect students as well as the whole teaching surroundings in a school,which requires effective measures to improve it.Forming the correct individual self-help competence of those teachers in high schools lies on cultivating correct pressure conception,improving self-consciousness,correct responding to frustration and stress,building positive thinking mode and inner dialogue mechanism,setting up the correct attitude to life and enriching the inner environment.
