| 摘 要： | 广西是一个多民族地区,饮食文化遗产作为非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,与这里悠久的民族文明一样深邃久远。广西典型的菜类、粉点类、茶类、酒类、酱类、食俗类等饮食文化遗产的资源态貌各具特点,体现了食源的广选性、食味的复合性、食俗的信仰性、食风的民族性等特征,应通过增强保护意识、建立管理体系、成立研究中心、加强人才培养等具体措施来保护饮食文化遗产。
