| 摘 要： | 2 1世纪的学校健康教育要针对大学生身心发展特征,将学校教育与社会教育结合起来,加强人生健康、终身体育、全面健身等方面的内容。在这一思想和目标指导下,对高校大学生身心健康和健康教育现状进行分析研究,有利于更好地推广和开展适合大学生身心特点的健康教育。把健康教育与体育教育结合起来,落实学校健康教育管理体系,教学内容和教材向多元化调整,把健身、健康教材和内容融入新的教材体系。优化健康教育环境,增强体育意识,提高大学生自我保健能力,改革教学评价体系。

| Abstract: | In 21st century,health education must be focused on the development of the students' body and mind in university,and health,life-long education,and national fitness must be strengthened,too.According to this thought, research on the state of the students'mind and body is beneficial to carry out the health education fit for the students' psychological traits.This article combines the health education with the physical education,fixes the management system of the health education.Teaching contents and materials must be aimed at pluralism.Fitness and health should be integrated into the new teaching materials system.This article will tell us about how to optimize the environment of health education,and how to improve the ability of health protection,to reform the teaching evluation system and enhance the physical education consciousness. |
