| 摘 要： | 自由裁量权是在法律规定的范围内，自行判断，自主做出决定的权力。通过法官自由裁量权的价值及存在的必要性探究艺术体操裁判员自由裁量权存在的必要性，分析法官自由裁量权与艺术体操裁判员自由裁量权的相互借鉴问题，并对艺术体操裁判员在实践过程中自由裁量权的使用进行分析。

| Abstract: | Discretionary power is the authority to judge and make decisions independently within the limits prescribed by law. This paper first looks at the value of judicial discretion and the necessity of its existence, then explores the necessity of rhythmic gymnastics referee discretion, and discusses the possibility of judicial discretion and rhythmic gymnastics referee discretion borrowing from each other. It finally analyzes rhythmic gymnastics referees＇ application of discretion in practice. |
