| 摘 要： | 汉初在黄老无为而治思想的指导下,已基本实现了政权的巩固、经济的复苏和社会的安定。可至武帝时期,黄老的清静无为已无法解决新的社会矛盾.董仲舒的政治思想为解决社会矛盾、满足统治者意愿带来了不同于先秦时期新的思想主张。"大一统"加强了中央集权和思想的统一;"天人合一"进一步巩固王权,神化并限制了君权;"三纲五常"提出了以德治、教化为主的行为准则。当然,董仲舒的思想也受到时代的限制,其思想所带有的针对性与现实性色彩也随着时间条件的改变而消逝。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of ＂Huang lao＂ inaction ideas in the early of Han Dynasty, it basically real- ized the consolidation of political power, economic recovery and social stability. But in the period of emperor Wu of Han, the inaction ideas could not resolved the new social contradictions. The political thought of Dong Zhongshu brought a new idea which was different from the Pre-Qin Period in order to resolve the social conflicts and to satisfy the needs of rulers. ＂Unification＂ strengthened centralization and unity of thought; ＂harmony between the heaven and human＂ further consolidated the monarchy, limited and deified the monarchy; specified ＂the three cardinal guides and the five constant virtues＂ as the feudal ethical code, conduct of virtue and the enlightenment. Certainly, the thought of Dong Zhongshu were limited by age, the relevance and reality of his thought was gradually disappeared with the change of time and conditions. |
