| 摘 要： | 文章通过对六盘水市区高中生心理健康的测试和问卷调查,发现学生的心理健康状况很不乐观。造成心理不健康的原因有:学习压力大;考试焦虑和对未来的不可控;人际关系不和谐;青春期的抑郁心理。可以采用优化育人环境,提高教师心理素质,加强对学生家长的指导和帮助,培养自助能力,建立学校心理健康服务体系,塑造学生的健康人格等对策来维护学生的心理健康。

| Abstract: | We have discovered students' psychological health condition is not very optimistic according to the test and questionnaire survey on senior students' psychological health in the urban district of Liupanshui.The causes to arouse the psychological problems include: high study pressure;anxiety about test and having no certainty to the future;the interpersonal relationship being not harmonious;melancholy psychology during puberty.We should optimize the environment to nurture the person,improve the teachers' psychological quality,strengthen the instruction and the help to the students' guardians,raise students' self-service ability,establish the school psychologically healthy service system,mold the students' healthy personality and so on in order to maintain students' psychological health. |
