| 摘 要： | 新课程改革强调:关注个体,尊重个体差异。分层教学要求教师充分考虑每个学生的个体差异,采取因材施教的方式,向学生传授知识的方法。本文结合英语教学实践工作,从英语分层教学的理论依据,目的和意义,必要性,具体实施的步骤几方面,探讨了英语分层教学。
