| 摘 要： | 学校职业指导对于人的职业发展至关重要。学校职业指导可以使学生更加了解自己和职业,很好的建立自己的职业发展观念。在目前新的形势下,职业指导也应该转变理念,拓展职业指导任务,完善职业指导过程,改变职业指导功能,同时要注意科学方法的运用。
