| 摘 要： | 社区教育是建设学习型社区的主要途径。文章深入分析了国外社区教育的成功经验，提出我国建设学习型社区应采取加强立法、拓宽资金渠道、建立人才保障制度、充分利用社区公共资源、加强社区学院建设等来推动社区教育的策略。

| Abstract: | Community education is the major route of building a learning community. This article makes a deep analysis into the success of the community education abroad and points out that in building a leaning community, many strategies are required such as strengthening the legislation, expanding funding channels, setting up talent safeguard system, making best use of public sources in the community as well as enhancing the development of the community colleges, in order to push forward the community education. |
