| 摘 要： | 图书馆讲座服务是图书馆为满足社会发展提供的一项独特的文化服务活动，以推进文化创新，提高公共文化服务功能为宗旨，结合青海省图书馆十年来开展讲座的实践活动，论述了图书馆讲座作为一种开放的社会教育形式，其文化属性随着社会教育职能的延伸和拓展所带来的社会功效，分析了公共图书馆发挥整合文化资源优势对地域文化建设的促进作用，并对图书馆如何推进文化创新服务进行深入思考。
