| Abstract: | Comrade Deng Xiaoping paid intensive comsideration for the growth of the teenagers with his great mind and understanding from the point of view that it has a close conection to the future of both the Party and our country. He asked the teenagers for many to be new persons of "Four Quality ",to learn knowledge,and to take part in social practice. He also encourage young people to be sent to study abroad in large number and become young experts. |
