| 摘 要： | 紫杉醇是近年来用于癌症治疗的一种天然药物,本文综述了紫杉醇的药理作用及临床用于治疗卵巢癌、小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌和的近况,介绍了紫杉醇对其它癌症包括头颈部癌、宫颈癌、食道癌等的疗效研究及神经系统、中性粒细胞减少、过敏等不良反应,展望了紫杉醇的发展前景.

| Abstract: | Paclitaxel(Taxol) is a kind of natural medicines used in treatment of cancer in recent years.This article reviews the pharmacological mechanism and recent situation in treatment of metastatic ovarian cancer,small cell lung cancer and metastatic breast cancer.The pharmacodynarnic studies of Paclitaxel in treatment of other cancers including head and neck cancer,cervix carcinoma and esophageal cancer and its clinical prospect,such as side effect in nervous system,neutropenia,irritability are also introduced.The development prospect of Paclitaxel is discussed. |
