| 摘 要： | 从构建社会主义和谐社会的角度,重新审视了助学金制度在高校资助体系中的地位及作用,并结合维尔弗莱多.帕累托的“二八法则”,指出解决好贫困大学生的求学问题,是把握弱势群体的关键,是维护社会安定的核心。

| Abstract: | From constructing the socialism harmonious society,the thesis reexamines the status and its function of the grants in the system of universities.Unifying Pareto "2-3 principles",the conclusion can be drawn that it is the key to grasp the weak community and the core to maintain the social stability to deal with the low income university students well. |
