高职院校外聘教师管理的可持续发展研究

摘    要:在我国,大多数高职院校与外聘教师之间的合作教学往往处于一种以学期为周期、短暂的状态。这种视外聘教师为一种临时性资源,用以弥补高职院校教学资源不足的做法,既不利于外聘教师个人的发展,也不利于高职院校核心竞争力的体现。因此,高职院校对外聘教师的管理机制应有所改变,应立足于可持续发展的人才培养模式,为外聘教师参与高职院校教学活动提供更多的路径,逐步培养外聘教师对高职院校的忠诚度。

Abstract:In our country,most of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and the part-time teachers'teaching,is of-ten in a semester as cycle short.This view of part-time teachers'as a temporary resources,to make up for the practice of teach-ing resources in higher vocational colleges,is not conducive to part-time teachers'personal development and conducive to re-flect the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges of part-time teachers'manage-ment mechanism should be changed,should be based on the training mode of sustainable development,for the part-time teach-ers'participation in teaching activities in higher vocational colleges to provide more paths,gradually training part-time teachers'loyalty to the higher vocational college.
