| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了一套适应地方师范院校的中学物理教师教学技能的训练模式,该模式在充分突出"地方性"和"草根性"的前提下,将学生技能训练实践与先进的教育理论教学相结合,将学生课堂试讲训练与物理实验教学相结合,将微格技能训练与案例教学相结合,将微观层面的训练与宏观层面的提升相结合,几年的教学实践证明,该模式可以有效培养学生先进的教育理念、训练学生良好的教学技能。

| Abstract: | The teaching skill training mode about physical students of local normal universities is discussed in this paper.The mode fully embodies "localism "and "grassroots".In the mode,teaching skill training is combined with imparting advanced education and teaching theories to students;lecturing skills training is combined with physics experiment teaching;microteaching is combined with case teaching;microcosmic training is combined macroscopic improving.Experience over the past few years has proved that the mode can make students have advanced educational notion and good teaching skill. |
