浅析高职生英语学习动机

摘    要:通过对高职生英语学习动机的调查表明:高职生英语学习动机可归纳为工具型动机、内在兴趣动机、自我效能动机、融合型动机和证书动机五个因素。其中工具型动机、内在兴趣为主要学习动机,学生的自我效能较弱,证书动机影响最小。教师在教学中应充分利用学生的工具型动机、内在兴趣较强这一特点,培养学生学习成就感及学习兴趣,同时注意提高学生的自信心,增强自我效能。

Abstract:Through the investigation of English learning motivation of students in vocational colleges, the result indicates that their motivation can be concluded as five elements such as the motivations of instrument- type, inner interest, self- efficiency, mixture- type and certificate. Of them the first two motivations are key motivation of learning. The self- efficiency of students is comparatively weak and the certificate motivation exerts a least effect. Teachers should make best use of the first two motivations and develop the sense of learning achievements and interest of students and meantime pay attention to the enhancement of their self- confidence and self- efficiency.
