| 摘 要： | 社会养老保险是我国主要的社会保障形式之一，然而由于城乡二元经济的长期影响，造成了农村养老保险制度的发展相对滞后。与城镇养老保险进行对比，凸现当前我国农村养老保险制度在其发展过程中存在各种各样亟待解决的实际问题。只有尽快采取相应的对策进行改革，我国的农村齐老保险制度才能得以健全和完善，广大农民群众的利益才能得到保障。

On the Improvement of Rural Endowment Insurance System in China |

| Abstract: | Social endowment insurance is one of the most important ways of social security system in China. However, dual economic structure of the Chinese urban and rural areas brings great negative influences on the development of the rural endowment insurance. Contrast with the urban areas, the rum endowment insurance is facing many problems that need to be solved at once. So if only some proper revolutionary methods are adopted, the rural insurance system in China will be improved and the rural people can benefit from the insurance. |
