| 摘 要： | 亚足联C级足球教练员岗位培训,目的是使青少年教练员通过短期培训来提高训练青少年基本技术和技巧 的能力,进一步提高教练员的执教水平。培训班时间短、内容多、要求高,因此,在培训的教学中,突出针对性和应用性 的原则,对规定的每项技战术练习都贯彻于三个教学阶段,充分发挥学员“小先生”的作用,收到了良好的效果,使每个 教练员回去后知道练习什么和怎么练,提高了执教水平。

| Abstract: | The aim of the training of class C coach of Asian Football Association is to help the teenager coach increase the basic technique of training teenager within a short time and further raise the coach teaching level. The time of training is short, and the training contents may be difficult. Therefore, we outstand the principle of the application and aiming, carry out three teaching stages and flick "the little Sir of student", which received the good result, teach each coach to know what to do and how to do after their return to their units and continuously raise the teaching level of teenager coach. |
