| 摘 要： | 传统的本科教育有必要借鉴职校的教育模式，在本科教育中试行顶岗实习制度。在试行中存在的问题表现为：实习岗位有限，不能满足全方位实习的要求；学校评价制度和组织制度不健全；学生对实习岗位的认识不足，适应环境能力不强；我国缺少顶岗实习期间劳动纠纷处理的法律法规。为完善项岗实习制度，建议：政府和学校共同出面和企业建立长期实习基地，实习单位给学生购买人身保险，学校将顶岗实习纳入常规的教学环节。
