| 摘 要： | 以不同性别的大学生为调查对象,运用防御方式问卷(DSQ)和应对方式问卷进行测量,以探讨大学生在挫折应对方式上的性别差异,为大学生心理健康教育提供理论依据.结果表明:大学生挫折应对方式总体上没有显著的性别差异.在研究的基础上,提出了相应的教育对策,引导大学生有效使用应对方式,增强挫折承受能力,促进心理健康.

| Abstract: | To explore gender differences of frustration coping style of college students,and provide a theoretical basis for mental health education,different gender college students were investigated with Bond's DSQ and Coping Style Questionnaire,the result shows:there are on significant gender differences in coping style.On the basis of study,some educational strategies for coping frustration are proposed. |
