“马路经济”的博弈论思考

摘    要:"马路经济"是普遍存在于我国众多城市日常生活中的一种经济现象。它在解决就业、方便居民生活等方面起到了积极的作用;但同时又在城市交通、市容市貌、居住环境等方面产生了不利影响。本文主要从博弈论的角度阐明了地方政府与"马路经济"经营者之间的利益博弈关系,借助动态博弈理论构建了地方政府与经营者间的博弈模型,通过对博弈模型的均衡分析解释了为何现阶段规范管理是地方政府对待"马路经济"的主要对策,并为地方政府在不同情况下采取不同策略来改变模型均衡进而影响经营者的策略选择进行了相应的理论分析。

Abstract:"Road economy" is economic phenomenon in our daily life in many cities.It has played a positive role in employment,but has some influence for city traffic,appearance,environment,housing and negative impact.This article from the theory of changing to clarify the local government and the "road economy" with the dynamic theory constructed between local governments and operators,through the model to explain the equilibrium analysis Why standardize the management of local government at this stage to treat "road economy" of the main strategies for local government to adopt a different strategy for different situations to change the model of balance and thus affect the strategy of choice for operators of the corresponding theoretical analysis.
