| 摘 要： | 利用分析方法证明了：在定理的条件下，当r充分大时，总存在r0∈（0，r）满足r（r0）≤KT（r0e^-h）。并且从Lebesgue测度的角度看，这样的点还相当多。

| Abstract: | Based on the analytical method, the present article proves： under the law condition when r is sufficiently big, there always exists the occasion that r0 ∈ （0,r） satisfies T（r0） ≤KT（r0e^-h）. And quiet a lot of these points exist from the perspective of the Lebesgue measure. |
