| 摘 要： | 借鉴现有研究给出了适宜测度西部民族地区全面建设小康社会进程的指标体系,利用相关数据对2005年和2009年西部民族地区全面小康的完成水平进行了测度和分析。在此基础上,利用变异系数对西部民族地区内部全面建设小康社会的差异进行了识别,并对西部民族地区与全国平均水平的差距进行了分析。结论显示:2009年西部民族地区全面小康的完成水平相较于2005年有一定程度的提升,内部差异略有下降,但与全国平均水平的差距有增大的趋势。最后对西部民族地区完成全面小康进程给出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an index system which is fit for ethnic areas based on the summary to the overall evaluation of building all-round well-off society,and evaluates the realization degree of building an all-round well-off society in 2005 and 2009.Then,it identifies the variation between western ethnic areas by using coefficient of variation,and analyzes the difference between western ethnic areas and the average level of China.The conclusion shows that: the realization degree of building all-round well-off society in 2009 has improved compared with the degree of 2005.It also shows that the difference between western ethnic areas has declined slightly,but the difference between western ethnic areas and the average level of China has increased.Finally,it gives some suggestions for how to build all-round well-off society in western ethnic areas of China. |
