| Abstract: | This paper points out the authentic Chinese management problems,analyzes and criticizes the interrogative logic and universality of Western management theory.It presents and analyzes three development directions(i.e.Repeating Narration,Learning to Narration,Carrying-on Narration) and their coexistence relationship based on the matching relationship between Chinese management problems and Western management theory. |
