| 摘 要： | 在以往的基础课教学中重技术而轻意识，导致学生创作能力的薄弱，基础课与创作课缺乏内在的衔接，学生的个性和创作性未能在教学中得到有效培养，本文主张在学生个性发掘、艺术观的培养，创作意识的树立等方面进行加强，逐步培养学生独立观察和思考的能力，以培养出能适应现代社会需求的美术人才。

| Abstract: | Previous foundational course teaching and learning only stressed technology and ignored consciousness,so that the students' ability to create was weak;basic course and creative course lacked intrinsic connection;the students'personality and creation were not effectively developed.This text advocates that discovering students'personality,cultivating their artistic outlook,establishing their creative consciousness etc.aspects should be strengthened to train their independent observation and thinking abilities step by step,so that they can be art talents adapting modern social requirement. |
