| 摘 要： | 按照广义实践教学体系的内涵，有针对性地对辽宁信息职业技术学院现有的酒店管理专业实践教学体系，从目标体系、内容体系以及保障体系等方面进行了探讨。并针对课程体系建设、保障体系中的实训基地及实训内容建设等方面提出可行性建议。

| Abstract: | According to the connotation of practical teaching system in broad sense, this paper analyzes in the aspects of goal system, content system and guarantee system about the present practical teaching system of hotel management major in Liaoning Vocational and Technology College of Information. It also puts forward some suggestions on course system building, training base and training content in guarantee system as well. |
