| 摘 要： | 衡量高等教育个人收益率的高低应有两个指标：一是接受过高等教育的群体与同龄人中仅接受过高中教育的群体的平均年收入之比；二是高等教育的个人收益起始期。本文依据现实并根据对我国城镇居民可支配收入年人均递增率的两种预测，对大学本科毕业后经济收益期的起点进行了测算，得出了两条结论。
