| 摘 要： | 作为封建社会最后一个儒家学派的创始人，周太谷的政治思想是对以往儒学政治思想的一次总结和发展。为缓和社会矛盾，维护封建末世统治，周太谷针对现实，提出了具有进步意义的民本主义思想，并以此为出发点，提出“仁政”的施政主张：他的这些思想主张超脱了以往儒家政治思想的高度，是向晚清改良主义思想过渡的一个中间环节。

| Abstract: | As the last founder of the Confucian school in feudal society, Zhou Taigu summarized and developed the previous political thoughts of Confucian school. In view of the reality at that time, Zhou Taigu advanced the people-oriented thought with progressive significance in order to ease the social contradictions and defend the feudal regime. And in the meantime, based on this thought, Zhou put forward the administrative politics of "policy of benevolence". Zhou's ideological views were detached from the previous political thoughts of Confucian school and the intermediate link of transition to the reformism thought in the late Qing Dynasty. |
