| 摘 要： | 分析论述了知识是人类智力劳动发现和创造出的关于相关对象的意识形式。知识资源是人类智力新发现和创造的，用一切形式表现的，经物化可以带来财富的新知识成果。知识资源可分为科学知识资源、技术和知识资源以及由此产生的信息资源。知识资源的不断物化促进了生产力的持续进步，带来了物质资源的节约和社会的持续发展。所以科学知识资源要立即转入定向知识创新或技术创新，技术知识资源必须快速有效地产业化。而技术市场是实现技术知识资源扩散和产业化的重要桥梁，知识产权法律保护是激励知识创新和技术知识资源产业化的重要机制。

| Abstract: | Analysis and discussions reveal that knowledge is one form of consciousness of relative objects discovered and created by human beings through intellectual work. Knowledge resources are new knowledge achievements that are recently discovered and created by human integillence, can be expressed by all forms and can bring fortune after being materialized. They can be divided into scientific knowledge resources, technical knowledge resources and resultant information resources. The constant materialization of knowledge resources promotes the continuous progress of productivity, resulting in economization of material resources and sustainable development of society. Therefore, scientific knowledge resources should be immediately transferred into oriented knowledge innovation or technical innovation, and technical knowledge resources must be rapidly and effectively industrialized. Technical market serves as important bridge for the realization of expansion of technical knowledge resources and their industrialization and law of knowledge property right protection serves as important mechanism to stimulate knowledge innovation and industrialization of technical knowledge resources. |
