| 摘 要： | 人们在理解高职教育的培养目标时有些功利化、片面化,把高职教育等同于谋职教育、技术教育、岗前教育,把高职教育的功能也仅仅理解为服务经济社会和行业、企业的发展,而忽略了教育对象本身——人的全面、协调、可持续的发展。文章阐述了高职学生可持续发展能力培养的重要性,并对构建培养体系提出了相应的策略。

| Abstract: | To some extent,it is utilitarian and one-sided when people understand the training objectives of higher vocational education.People take the higher vocational education as a job education,technical education,pre-work education and interpret the function of higher vocational education merely as serving the development of economic society and industry and enterprises and ignore the educational object itself-a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of human being.The article discusses the importance of sustainable development capability-building of higher vocational college students and proposes the corresponding strategy of building training system. |
