摘    要:采用均速持续训练法、变速持续训练法和法特莱克训练法对运动员进行为期6个月的耐力训练。结果发现:3种方法对提高运动员的身体形态、身体机能和耐力素质均有一定作用,法特莱克训练法较另外2种训练方法效果更佳,运动员对该训练方法最感兴趣。

Abstract:Uniformly sustained play, variable srstained play and Speed play are three distinctive training methods used in the endurance improving exercise in the past 6 months, which proves that each method has a impact on the athlete's competence improvement, such as the personal figure, body function and endurance quality and the speed has been regarded as the most efficient and popular training method.
