| 摘 要： | 高校数字图书馆作为图书馆系统的重要组成部分，特别是作为知识密集型组织，其管理模式已由过去的以信息资源为本的信息管理向以人为本的知识管理转变。文章从一个新的视角——用户知识管理．从高校数字图书馆进行用户知识管理的基础条件、目的、内容及其实现等方面来探讨高校数字图书馆用户知识管理的可行与必然。

| Abstract: | The digital library is the important composition of the library system. As the knowledge-intensive organization, it has changed the management model form the information resource-oriented to the people-oriented. Proceeding from a new point of view of user knowledge management, including fundamental conditions, purposes, con- tents and realization, this paper probes into the feasibility and inevitability of user knowledge management in digital library. |
